Greetings,

 

I'm Kent Williams, and I've established this website to share my life's remarkable journey and the path I've followed to attain Financial Freedom.

My adventure commenced 27 years ago in the vibrant city of Long Beach, California.

 

It was at this pivotal moment that I faced a life-changing decision - whether to continue as an employee, investing my time and energy in someone else's enterprise, or confront the harsh reality of job insecurity. After dedicating over a decade to a fulfilling role with a Fortune 500 company, passionately servicing computers, my world was turned upside down when I, along with 20 others, was unexpectedly laid off. This event prompted profound self-reflection, leading to the realization that I couldn't allow another person to control my destiny.

With newfound determination, I immersed myself in literature, seeking a niche in the real estate market with a low entry barrier. This quest led me to discover the world of property preservation. I embarked on an educational journey, soaking up every ounce of knowledge available. Embracing the mindset of a savvy entrepreneur, I assembled the necessary tools, built a dedicated team, and initiated marketing efforts to secure contracts with banks and asset managers.

As time passed, my commitment to self-promotion and business growth paid off. In what seemed like the blink of an eye, my first year concluded, and I had achieved an impressive gross income of $190,000 by specializing in property preservation for banks and asset managers. This venture continued to flourish over the years. Then, one day, I began exploring new horizons. I gained exclusive access to foreclosed properties before they hit the market, a unique advantage born from years of industry experience. The companies I worked with even entrusted me with property inspections, sending me to homes where homeowners were behind on their mortgages.

 

My role was to determine occupancy status, document property conditions through photographs, and provide detailed reports to the bank. Subsequently, I was asked to meet the sheriff for lockout proceedings. Following eviction, I would meticulously assess the property, itemize belongings, and provide the bank with a comprehensive repair report.

Much like the property preservation venture, I started to recognize the hidden potential within these foreclosed properties – off-market gems, waiting to be uncovered. Assembling a team, as I had done before, I sought out an appraiser, a reliable lender, and leveraged my experience as a contractor.

With my team firmly in place, I began compiling a list of properties with promising After Repair Values (ARV) based on our previous work. Armed with this data, I would approach the Asset Manager or the bank with an offer for the property. And so, my remarkable journey towards achieving Financial Freedom began.
